Can you believe it is July 1st?! This summer is flying by. Things here have been so darn busy with all the kiddos. We have a baseball tournament for one of the boys this weekend. Dacy flies back to Texas today. We will all miss her terribly!

A few things and my mom's birthday

First -- today is my mom's birthday!

Happy Birthday, Mom!! I hope you have an enjoyable day!! I love you!!

Now ALL the kiddos are out of school. I have all 5 of them home with me. Oh, the fun begins! LOL
Alex's minors baseball team won their division championship. Sam is done with tball. Mateo still has 4 more games before their playoffs begin. Little April starts her creative movement dance classes in the morning. She looks so darn cute in her outfit!!

The Last Day

Yep! Yesterday was the last day of preschool for Sam this school year. It was 'Family Fun Day' to celebrate the occasion. They had visitors from Lake Metroparks, food and a bike parade.

A few of the most exciting visitors were the box turtle, the snake, the owl and the duck...

Have a Nice Weekend!!

It's been a while

Things have been super busy around here. The boys' sports hardly give us time to breathe! We all thoroughly enjoyed our week at DisneyWorld and I have even started scrapping the photos. I'm trying to stay focused and get it done. Not an easy thing around here! Maybe before this year is over I'll scrap the Disney photos from 2 yrs ago...

Here are some of the pages so far. I have about 2,ooo photos to choose from. What a task!!

Our visit was during the International Flower Festival. There were some amazing topiaries! This double pager was created with 2-Page LO No 06 by Kristin's ScrapDesign and her new kit, Smell the Roses, to be released tomorrow. Check out her store at PBP.



We had breakfast one morning with Donald, Mickey and the gang at Cape May. Pics are great to use with the Sea of Dreams series by MagicalReality Designs. Check out her store at PBP.

Don't like the weather?

Then wait a minute...or few. Yes, today started with rain. Then it was little snowballs falling from the sky. Next it was just snow! OK, so then I had to double check my calendar -- it is the latter part of April, right? Then, poof! It was all gone. The sun came out. The boys came home from school and played basketball in the driveway in short-sleeves and no jackets. How crazy is that?

In Texas we always said, 'if you don't like the weather then wait a minute'. I think the weather here in Ohio has that beat!

I was goofing around with my camera at Mateo's baseball practice last Saturday and got some really cute photos of the kiddos. Here are some I scrapped of April. Isn't she just soooo cute? Of course, I am biased. LOL!
